Fox Island Home Renovation
This Fox Island home was in serious need of a renovation. Broadway Design re-worked the spaces adding 10'x15' to the master bedroom, and 8x10' to the laundry room. To further optimize the floorplan the kitchen was reworked, and a pantry and bar were added where a previous TV niche existed.
The house was transformed through new millwork top to bottom including new doors, ship lap, batten board, and window and door wraps. Brand new kitchen and baths were added as well. The kitchen boasts white cabinetry with an island in walnut laminate and a solid Carrera marble counter with waterfall edge. The stairway was revamped adding carpet and a new custom handrail.

The Moorelands - Eclectic Tastes
This elegant waterfront estate, acquired in 2017, underwent a transformation by Broadway Design. The project included light renovations and full furnishing, capturing the client's eclectic taste and passion for travel and entertainment.
The interior features unique elements that reflect the client's adventurous spirit, such as bronze rhinoceros sculptures adorning a custom-made sofa table, foreshadowing an upcoming safari in Africa.

Coopers Point Coastal Retreat Renovation
This beautiful waterfront home was in great need of lightening up.
Broadway had the entire interior painted including painting the stairway handrails white instead of the dark natural wood. Broadway furnished the entire home and added a few accent light fixtures.
Furnishings were provided through Broadway Design's trade accounts such as Noir Trading, Palacek, Leftbank art, Uttermost, and a few custom pieces added to transform the space into a coastal retreat.
50th Street Gig Harbor Home Renovation

This incredible view home is owned by two pilots who wanted a complete renovation top to bottom.
Broadway Design removed a few walls in the kitchen improving the Flow and optimizing the view. Our workers saw pods of orcas playing for months during construction! The kitchen cabinets are solid walnut which are rich and timeless.
A custom-made office desk came from an old bomber plane, and the airplane prop in the entry was also from the same artist.
Broadway Design decorated the home using a few of the homeowners' existing pieces and largely using new custom made furnishings.

Reid Road View Home - Paint & Millwork

Cherry Cove House
Originally a 1940’s 900 s.f. beach cabin in Rosedale, Gig Harbor, WA this home had been previously added on to over the years to total 3,333 s.f. It was in desperate need of a cohesive makeover and even needed a new driveway! All of the baths, kitchen, and laundry rooms were fully renovated adding new tile, counter tops, cabinets, lighting and plumbing fixtures.
The main living area floors were olive glazed 4″ thick brick which needed updating but was too costly to remove, so Broadway had the floors ground down to the natural color, filled, and polished. The wood walls were a depressing olive green, and the designer tastefully had them washed with a medium grey color to remove the dated 70’s flair. The slab 70’s doors were painted, and all base trim was replaced with a taller more modern profile.

Downtown Waterfront
As a previous rental, this home was in desperate need of a facelift. Broadway Design removed some of the upper cabinets from the dry bar and placed them in the kitchen then had them all painted for a facelift.
We added a new kitchen island, and new counter tops and appliances transforming the kitchen for a budget friendly fix. New hardwood flooring was added throughout the home, and ship lap and a new fireplace were added.
The dry bar was tiled and custom shelves added for a nice focal point. Rich accent colors make the home appear larger, and the entire home was furnished by Broadway Design through their network of exceptional furniture 'to the trade only' vendors.
Horsehead Bay Rambler
This stunning waterfront home was renovated in its entirety by Broadway Design and furnished top to bottom.
The home was dated and heavy with large wood log posts and wood ceilings. The brick exterior was red and dated. Broadway Design painted the exterior of the home and transformed the interior into a unique coastal haven.
The kitchen had custom cabinetry and a designer range with luxury stone countertops and a custom butcher block island.
All of the bathrooms were renovated. The wood ceilings were painted to freshen up the space, and the entire home was furnished by Broadway Design.
The garage was given a face lift as well and an apartment for friends and extended family was added by Broadway Design.
Point Fosdick Dr Gig Harbor Home Renovation
This lovely home was in need of an entire renovation inside and out. Broadway design created a new kitchen, and restored the existing travertine floors. The home was lightened up with a new paint color scheme, and a fireplace chat area was added outside for lounging and entertaining.
The master bath and powder room received a light refresh using some of the existing cabinets and tile, and the basement laundry and guest baths were renovated top to bottom.
New carpet was added in the basement and both fireplaces received a face lift removing old dark ceramic tiles I the living room and replacing with ledge stone and beam mantle and shelving.
Broadway furnished the entire home on time, and in budget. A happy home!
Rosedale Estate - Waterfront Chateau
In 2018, this incredible waterfront chateau was purchased and underwent a complete interior decoration by Broadway Design.
